By submitting or sharing the one time password you give your consent to EzyMoni to call on your number and to generate and receive your Credit Report from any/or all of the Credit Bureau’s for the purpose of Loan underwriting and account monitoring. You also confirm that you have read and agree to ezyMoni’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The Company shall not be held responsible in any way for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of any unauthorized use of the User account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, you are required to notify us immediately.

Intellectual Property :

The User has no right to use or copy any of trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of the Company or any other person as displayed on this Website.

 

The content and information contained within our Website or delivered to you in connection with your use of our Website is the property of the Company and any other third party (where applicable). By accepting these Terms of Usage you understand and accept that the Company is required to conduct a background verification and maintain the data of the User and report the same to the Financial Intelligence Unit-India (as an when applicable)./ Central KYC Records Registry.

 

Personal information provided by the User while registering as well as during loan application creation and submission process on this Website is done voluntarily. You agree to share your sensitive personal information and data with the Company and authorize the Company to use such sensitive personal information and data for the purpose of providing services and for any other purposes as may be required by the Company or such third parties for its business.

 

We assure that the personal information collected from the Users is considered necessary for providing Services to our Users and shall be used for the purpose for which it has been collected.

The User is therefore completely informed that the Company accesses such information collected from the User in order to process, analyse, compile and exploit them, within the framework of the Services provided by the Company.

 

It is expressly agreed by the User that his/her personal information may be passed to a third party in order to deliver the Services requested by him/her.

Further, you authorize us to share your data with our affiliates or agents or vendors including partner NBFCs & Financial Institutions and banking companies.

 

You also permit us to disclose your information to service providers under contract who help with our business operations and services offered on our Website.

 

The User also acknowledges that he/she has been informed that the Company may transmit such data at the request of a duly recognized law enforcement and governmental agencies.

The User authorizes The Company, its partner NBFCs and other financial institutions and its representatives to call or SMS the user with reference to his/her application. This consent will override any registration for DNC / NDNC.

The Company is not liable for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages and transactions you send.

 

E-mail messages sent to the Company over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by users if they send a message to the Company or its affiliates, or if the Company or its affiliates send a message to them at their request, over the internet. The Company is not responsible in any way for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of this Website.

 

By using this website, you hereby give your consent to EzyMoni to call on your phone number and to generate and receive your Credit Report / commercial Credit Report from any/or all of the Credit Bureau’s for the purpose of Loan underwriting and account monitoring. You also confirm that you have read and agreed to ezyMoni’s Privacy Policy, Interest Rate Policy and Terms of Use.

 

In respect of any transactions which may be entered by you from time to time, EzyMoni’s own records of such transactions, maintained through computer systems or otherwise, shall be accepted as conclusive and binding for all purposes. More particularly, the record of EzyMoni generated by the transaction(s), including the recording of the time of the transaction(s), shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of such transactions.

I/We hereby further authorize EzyMoni and or its Lending/Business Partner’s to send me/us any Promotional, Service and Transactional communications namely SMS’es, or automated botcalls, emails, WhatsApp messages and any other media of communications, etc for such communications.

I agree that EzyMoni may contact me/us via phone or e-mail with information on new products and services, for Top up loans, for selling third party products for EMI and other payment reminders and assist me in using any of EzyMoni’s new offerings irrespective of the outcome of this loan application. I, would like to know through telephonic calls, or SMS on my mobile number mentioned in the Application Form as well as in this undertaking, or through any other communication mode, WhatsApp messages, transactional information, various loan offer schemes or loan promotional schemes or any other promotional schemes which may be provided by EzyMoni or it’s Business Partners and hereby authorize EzyMoni and their employees, agents, business partners or associates to do so. I confirm that laws in relation to the unsolicited communication referred in “National Do Not Call Registry” (the “NDNC Registry”) as laid down by TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA will not be applicable for such communication/calls/ SMSs received from EzyMoni, its employees, agents business partners and/or associates.

I/We hereby authorize you and confirm that the laws in relation to the Unsolicited Communication(UCC) referred in “National Do Not Call Registry” as laid down by Telecom Regulatory of India(TRAI) and amended from time to time, will not be applicable for such communications/ calls/ SMS’s/WhatsApp messages received from EzyMoni or its representatives, lending partners, service providers and agents and I/we hereby explicitly grant our consent to EzyMoni in this respect. I/We hereby further authorize you to consider my/our aforesaid authorization for Unsolicited Communication (UCC)/TRAI Regulations as a continued authorization in perpetuity until withdrawn/opted out by me/us for the aforesaid purposes.

I, hereby give voluntarily, at my own discretion, proof of possession of Aadhaar number/eAadhaar as issued by the Government of India, with the Aadhaar number duly redacted to EzyMoni along with my other KYC documents for the purpose of opening an account based relationship with you and hereby voluntarily give my consent to use my Aadhaar details for the purpose of authentication with UIDAI. The Aadhaar card details voluntarily furnished by me is true, correct and complete.

 

I confirm and further state that, I have understood that EzyMoni has outsourced some of their activities like Document Pick-up, Verification of Information and Documents, Technical Services, Collection and Recovery,Video CIP(Customer Identification Procedure),Video Personal Discussions(Video PD) and any other processes not mentioned herein etc. and agencies/vendors so appointed by EzyMoni for the above mentioned purposes will be contacting or visiting me in connection with the loan to be availed by me/us from EzyMoni or it’s Lending/Business Partners, to assist me in the repayment of the loan availed by me/us and I hereby expressly authorize EzyMoni Fintech Solutions (EzyMoni)/ its Agent’s /Vendors/Business Partners in connection with/for the above mentioned activities.

I authorize EzyMoni Fintech Solutions (EzyMoni) / its Agent’s to make references, enquiries relevant to information in this Application Form and further authorize EzyMoni / its Agent’s to verify my documents which EzyMoni / its Agents consider necessary for the purpose of availing of loan or any other products from EzyMoni or any of it’s Lending Partners. I hereby authorize EzyMoni, without any notice to me to conduct credit checks, make references, make enquiries, verify my KYC and other documents given to EzyMoni in its sole discretion and also hereby authorize EzyMoni and its agents/lending partners to share my/our information or data with EzyMoni service providers and lending partners, Credit Bureaus’ and other statutory authorities which will help in credit assessment and underwriting and also obtain information, records, returns from any agencies, statutory bodies/authorities like GST/Income Tax/Registrar of Companies/Mobile Data/Social Medial data, credit bureau, banks , financial institutions, or any third party in respect of the loan application , as it may consider necessary for the purpose of grant of loan to me/us and in compliance to any regulatory requirements. EzyMoni shall not be liable for use / sharing of my/our information.

 

I understand that I have an option of not providing the information as required in this application form or as may be required by EzyMoni from time to time, however, I do hereby expressly and irrevocably authorize EzyMoni to collect, store, share, obtain and authenticate any aspect of my personal information / KYC either directly or through any of the authorized agencies and disclose such information to its agents/contractors/service providers, business partners and to also use such information in the manner that may be required by EzyMoni including for the purposes of this loan and for purposes of its business and for such time period as they may deem fit. In this regard, I/we expressly and irrevocably authorize EzyMoni to collect, use, verify and authenticate my personal identity information / KYC in any manner without any notice to me. I hereby authorize EzyMoni to disclose without notice to him/her/them information furnished or related documents executed or to be executed in relation to the facilities availed from EzyMoni, to EzyMoni’s other branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, Credit Bureaus, Rating Agencies, Service Providers, Banks/Financial Institutions,

 

Government/Regulatory Authorities or third parties for credit risk analysis, or for other related purposes that EzyMoni may deem fit.

 

EzyMoni shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to approve/ reject this Application Form submitted by me.

 

Use of Information :

By agreeing to these Terms of Use you hereby specifically agree to allow the Company to use your information in the manner as set out in Clause 3 of the Privacy Policy.

By signing up on this Website and giving us your details, and by agreeing to these terms of Use, you hereby provide us explicit consent to use your details including but not limited to your name, pan number, Proof of possession of Aadhar number, telephone number to generate a credit report from any/or all of the Credit Bureau’s for the purpose of Loan underwriting and account monitoring and to conduct a background check including a physical verification and background checks on the internet or on social networks, verification against known cases of fraud and generating your Credit Reports.

You must always obtain the prior written approval of The Company before creating a hyperlink in any form from a third party website to this Website. The Company may or may not give such approval at its absolute discretion.

Eligibility & Finance :

We are in the business of providing finance of small and medium enterprises which qualify the parameters set by us / our partner banks / NBFCs. On successful submission of your details including and financial statements, we shall forward it for further processing the same and display an indicative amount of finance that you may be eligible for. Please note that this amount is strictly tentative and may increase or decrease based on the credit reports generated by our vendors, review or verification of the documentation provided by the User or any other process or policy of our partner Bank / NBFCs. All financing shall be contingent on successful verification of the User’s documentation by the Company. EzyMoni shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to approve/ reject this Application Form submitted by me.

 

We are channel partners for various banks / NBFCs and the rate of Interest and processing fees as applicable by them shall be required to be paid by you. The bank / NBFC can, at its sole discretion, demand or deduct from the disbursement amount, if any. The rate of interest or fees may be subject to change and may vary at any time before final approval / disbursement at the discretion of the bank / NBFCs.

 

Liability :

The Company does not guarantee that the User will be sanctioned credit facilities and accepts no responsibility or liability in the event the User is unable to avail of the credit facility that the User has applied for. Fees, if any collected for facilitating the processing of loan, shall in such situation be forfeited and will not be refundable.
