c) Graduation Result copy - Semester wise (if applicable)
d) Entrance exam result copy (For eg. GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL etc)
e) Offer letter or Admission letter from University & Fees Structure from University
f) Student income docs (for Executive / Part time courses)
g) 3 months latest salary slips
h) 6 months bank statement reflecting salary credit
i) form 16- Latest 2 years

ü Financial Co-Applicant

ü ID Proof - PAN Card Mandatory

ü Address Proof - Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Utility Bill

ü Ownership proof - Latest Electricity Bill / Maintenance Receipt etc

ü Income docs (Salaried)
a) 3 months latest salary slips

d) Other income - say rent agreement etc alongwith bank statement

OR

ü Income docs (Self Employed)
a) Latest 3 years form 26AS & ITR alongwith statement of income, computation, P & L and Balance Sheet, (CA attested)
b) 6 months updated bank statement of savings account
c) 12 months updated bank statement of Current account
d) Business establishment proof
e) form 16- Latest 2 years
f) Other income - say rent agreement etc alongwith bank statement

Property Papers:

Below mentioned property papers are indicative documents and is not exhaustive list. The bank may ask for additional documents depending on the nature of the transaction.

ü Sale Agreement (Property card, Title Certificate, Share Certificate, Society Registration Certificate required (if applicable) 

ü Occupancy Certificate in case the property is a ready-to-move-in property

ü Copy (blueprint) of the Approved Plan and Registered Development agreement of the builder

ü Conveyance Deed in case of a new property

ü T&CP certificate and Diversion letter Bank account statements indicating all payments made to the seller or builder

ü Complete Document chain

ü  Allotment letter of housing board/ NOC of the society / Builder etc. as well as any other land use certificate

ü  Latest Property tax receipts

ü  Property must be insured - if not we need to take property insurance

ü Tenure - upto 15 years
Margin Money
- Abroad case - 15% of total educational amount (Bank funding - 85%)
- Domestic case - 5% of total educational amount (Bank funding - 95%)
